尤忠胜实验室聚焦于细胞内DNA/RNA监控系统及先天免疫机制的前沿研究。 我们整合细胞生物学、遗传学、结构生物学、先进成像技术及药物筛选平台,重点开展以下研究:
1)揭示细胞内离子动态及离子通道蛋白在cGAS/STING介导的先天免疫应答中的调控作用和分子机制;
2)探究基因组稳定性维持的核心机制及其与先天免疫系统的相互作用;
3)解析无义RNA降解(NMD)通路的生理功能和分子调控网络;
4)基于实验室在分子机制和功能方面的研究基础,开发针对肿瘤和自身免疫疾病的新型治疗策略和药物。
